Rebekah and David's Cake

This cake was the first wedding cake that my friend Patrice has ever done. We both baked half the cake each at our homes and met on Friday and put the cake together. The cake is Chocolate cake with a chocolate cream cheese filling and chocolate ganach frosting. We estimate that it weighed about 50 lbs. It had about 11 lbs. of imported Belguim chocolate in it in ganch form and the cocoa powder. The cake serves about 232 and is 16" square base followed by 12", 8 " and 5".

The cake was level when put together. We transported it stacked. Very stressful driving.
