This cake was for my Pastor and his Wife for their 25th wedding anniversary. I had a younger women help me with this. She had never done one before and was really excited to learn. I let her do design plans and form all the gumpaste roses and do the decorating on the cake. I used my recipes and frosted and stacked the cakes. I also did the Hebrew writing on the cake-which reads Happy 25th Anniversary. The bottom cake is a 14" square in carrot cake. The round cakes are 12" 8" and 6 " and are all chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and fresh sliced strawberries. The whole cake is frosted in cream cheese frosting. It took us 17.5 hours to complete this project. Everyone loved it.
