This is a cupcake tower with 89 cupcakes-half the cupcakes are chocolate cake with chocolate ganach filling and powdered sugar and butter frosting. The other half are white cake with raspberry filling and powdered sugar and butter frosting. The bride had told me she wanted daisy's in fushia, yellow and orange. I knew that Gerber Daisy's were very vibrant colors so I colored the daisy's made of gumpaste with vibrant colors and then brushed them all with colored luster dust. The Bride also asked me if possible to incorporate Lime Green color in the mix so I made the dots in the middle of the daisy's lime green. I was so happy when I got to the set up to see the Gerber's used had lime green centers and I felt everything matched nicely. The top of the cake has a monogram that I traced onto the cake from a computer font and then colored it in.
